Head Office & Display Village temporary closures

 

In accordance with the directive from the SA Government, our offices will be closed from Thursday 19th October re-opening Wednesday 25th November (unless advised otherwise). This includes all Fairmont Display Homes.

We appreciate that the timing of the closure is less than ideal; especially for those clients seeking comfort that their HomeBuilder Grant (HBG) eligibility will remain unaffected. With that in mind, please note: For those clients awaiting their fully executed HIA contract to facilitate their grant application, we have immediately moved to a remote process that will operate unaffected.

Our Grants Administration Team will continue to support clients through the office closure and can be reached at homebuilder@fairmonthomes.com.au For those clients awaiting presentation of their Building Contract, we are well advanced with all contract preparations. We do not envisage the lock down to impact your ability to meet the application deadline. Please direct any queries you may have to sales@fairmonthomes.com.au.

We note that banks and financiers are exempt from the current round of restrictions. Delays in obtaining finance approvals are an ongoing issue and we want to remind clients to ensure your broker and / or lender is actively supporting your build journey. During this lockdown period we would advise that all clients ensure their finance applications are active and valid pending next steps. Rest assured that we are and will continue to ensure resources and systems support your building journey in these unique times.
