About the role
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you play a key role in the construction team and are accountable for the effective management and operational delivery of the building quality process post-handover.
You will be responsible for managing quality assurance by reviewing and managing post hand over building quality matters (defects and warranty claims) and ensuring the delivery of high-level customer service.
